Live4You is a mobile app for YouTube live streaming, teleprompter, camera control and local recording. This policy explains what data is used, why it is used and how users can control it.

Data We Use

Live4You may process the following information when you use the app:

• Google/YouTube account name, email address and channel information.
• YouTube authorization tokens required to create and manage live streams.
• Live title, live description, privacy setting, quality setting and monetization preference.
• Teleprompter text and app preferences stored on the device.
• Camera and microphone input when preview, recording or live streaming is active.
• Local recordings saved on the device when the user chooses to record.
• Subscription status returned by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.

How Data Is Used

We use data only to provide the app features selected by the user:

• Connect to YouTube and identify the authorized channel.
• Create, configure and start YouTube live streams.
• Display the teleprompter and save local preferences.
• Record video locally when the user chooses to do so.
• Check subscription status and unlock Pro features.
• Recognize the developer account for lifetime owner access.

Camera, Microphone and Local Recordings

Live4You uses the camera and microphone only when the user starts a preview, recording or live stream. The app does not activate the camera or microphone in the background. Local recordings are saved on the device only when the user selects a recording option.

Sharing

When the user starts a YouTube live stream, video, audio, title, description and selected live settings are sent to YouTube. Google and YouTube process this data under their own terms and privacy policies. Subscription payments and trial eligibility are processed by Apple or Google, depending on the store used.

Live4You does not sell personal data, does not use third-party advertising and does not track users across other apps or websites.

Storage and Retention

Teleprompter text, preferences and authorization data may be stored on the device. Users can disconnect YouTube and delete local app data in the app settings. Deleting local app data does not delete videos already saved to the device gallery or live streams already created on YouTube. Those must be managed on the device or in YouTube.

Security

Google and YouTube API requests use HTTPS. Store purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Live video delivery depends on the ingest method provided by the selected platform.

Children

Live4You is not directed to children. Users must have the legal age and capacity required to use YouTube, streaming services and app store subscriptions in their country.

User Controls

• Disconnect YouTube inside the app settings.
• Delete local app data inside the app settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Manage published videos and live streams directly on YouTube.

Como Os Dados São Usados

Usamos dados apenas para entregar as funções escolhidas pelo usuário: conectar ao YouTube, criar transmissões, exibir o teleprompter, gravar localmente, verificar assinatura e liberar recursos Pro.

Câmera, Microfone e Gravações

O Live4You usa câmera e microfone somente quando o usuário inicia uma prévia, gravação ou transmissão ao vivo. O aplicativo não ativa câmera ou microfone em segundo plano. Gravações locais são salvas no aparelho apenas quando o usuário escolhe gravar.

Compartilhamento

Quando o usuário inicia uma live no YouTube, vídeo, áudio, título, descrição e configurações escolhidas são enviados ao YouTube. Google e YouTube processam esses dados conforme seus próprios termos e políticas. Pagamentos e testes gratuitos são processados pela Apple ou Google, dependendo da loja.

O Live4You não vende dados pessoais, não usa publicidade de terceiros e não rastreia usuários entre aplicativos ou sites.

Controles Do Usuário

• Desconectar YouTube nos ajustes do aplicativo.
• Apagar dados locais nos ajustes do aplicativo.
• Gerenciar ou cancelar assinatura na App Store ou Google Play.
• Gerenciar vídeos e lives publicados diretamente no YouTube.
